@FridayNightFM @5StarPod Ultimately, youth development is about individuals (training plans, loan/no-loan decisions, move up the squads, playing time etc) -- so my guess is that I'll mostly continue to do as I have done in previous FM versions.... might just be a different set of clicks to get there
