@Airbnb I’m reaching out with extreme disappointment in regards to the lack of support and policy structure regarding a recent bed bug exposure my family and I experienced while on our vacation in Maui. I’ll start with these photos/videos.
I know you’re a massive enterprise, but I’m happy to keep tweeting that your rep recommend I stay at another host’s bnb and expose their home. The app did not block me from doing this, I just followed the rules. Where is your support and accountability?
