Day 13 of #hiitchallengewithTocWatchE3 @Mobvoi_Official Question: Do I only have to workout for 18 of the 21 days since starting the challenge? I haven’t skipped any days, but it would be nice to take a break.
Day 7 of #hiitchallengewithTicWatchE3 @Mobvoi_Official One week down, 2 weeks to go! The graph doesn’t look very smooth. I did 30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest the whole time.
@mavrickfit@Mobvoi_Official I have a hard time staying above 130 even when working very hard so I usually have to do some jumping jacks or something. It depends on each person’s heart rate. That’s my beef with this challenge. I can’t even throw in planks in my workout because it’ll kill my heart rate.
