Yes. BUT infrastructure and how it relates to training (supervised case collection/QA) continues to be under-emphasized. All the training courses in the world won’t result in privileging without infrastructure. Invest in expertise to drive ACROSS institutions. 🙋♂️available in 2025
#POCUS Friends! For reasons we did not anticipate we were forced to change our handle & acct affiliation.
We love our community & will continue representing it here! We will continue providing links to meetings & to share great things from PC POCUS & other colleagues. Cheers!
Way to go FM RRC!! When we drafted the response to the proposal last winter we asked that it remain a detail and not a core requirement for the issues around funding, equipment, expertise, & quality assurance. First step gives programs time & chance for institutional support. 🥳
Well everyone. There it is. The ‘23 ACGME RRC requirement. Recognize it is “should” and not “must” but that’s okay. This first step points in the direction we are headed & gives programs time to assemble the equipment and expertise to succeed w more concrete directives later.
