@LADWP’s Scattergood Hydrogen Project would keep us hooked on fossil fuels, with the project burning mostly methane gas and only an estimated 30% hydrogen for an indefinite amount of time. This isn’t about clean energy, it’s about keeping fossil fuel companies profitable.
