@iPoddities generally the actual tests themselves are stubbed out of the release firmware but the menu definition is intact, do any work?

@DellCares after 2-3 months of use a charger cable should not be exposed like this. i request a replacement adapter and I am told that this is "physical damages or wear and tear".

clearly the charger is not fit for purpose as this shouldn't happen after normal use.

under the Consumer Rights Act in the UK products must be made to a satisfactory quality - failing like this after this time shows poor quality.
