@diveshaggarwal This is some tradeoff between getting some of the benefit of double blind reviewing vs those of public posting (encourages high quality submissions, helps find bugs faster, keeps scientific progress moving, for example).
It was pointed out that although the call for papers instructed authors to include names, the submission server claimed FOCS 2022 uses double-blind reviewing. The PC chair apologizes for the error: the server is correct, and the website has been updated: https://t.co/eXNms8cdLC

"Rebuttals should be used to address factually incorrect statements or major misunderstandings in reviews, or to address questions related to correctness. It is perfectly acceptable, and encouraged, to not submit a rebuttal outside of such circumstances."
The FOCS 2022 website has now launched. Submission deadline: April 4th, 16:59 Pacific Daylight Time (Pacific Daylight Time). https://t.co/lwJJGFLI0s. Please submit your best work!
