@diveshaggarwal This is some tradeoff between getting some of the benefit of double blind reviewing vs those of public posting (encourages high quality submissions, helps find bugs faster, keeps scientific progress moving, for example).

It was pointed out that although the call for papers instructed authors to include names, the submission server claimed FOCS 2022 uses double-blind reviewing. The PC chair apologizes for the error: the server is correct, and the website has been updated: https://t.co/eXNms8cdLC
