Why not develop talent, create your future senior people by hiring and developing junior people today.

1. Hire based on attitude
2. Equip with tools/skills
3. Measurable targets
4. Clear on expected performance & behaviour
5. Be available, give support. don’t do it for them
6. Regular structured catch ups
7. Provide opportunity for growth
8. Rewards - lots

Just heard an advert on the radio for Sky Broadband.

The basis of the ad was that Sky customers have made fewer complaints to the regulator than other providers.

When did “fewer complaints” become a feature worth advertising????
