Mgr on Duty said they were going to send the Housekeeping Mgr to clean my room. The Mgr shows up with perpetrator to clean my room. I couldn't believe that he was not removed from the floor. I felt violated. This was 10/27/2023. This is unacceptable.

@ConradHotels @ResortsWorldLV not only did I catch him going through my bags. After I reported it to the front desk. His name and description also he left w/o cleaning my room.

@ResortsWorldLV so I visited the resort this weekend and caught a member of your housekeeping staff going through my purse. The response and treatment towards me as a paying customer was appalling.
