Well It hit me, Bea, you’ve changed. I’ve become more patient, more disciplined.
I used to be so impatient that someone once said, They didn’t think i’d be able to cook beans.

What really changed things for me was seeing results, seeing what happens when you push through and commit to being disciplined.
