Since 2019 I’ve received 4 different draft “final reports”. Will the 2nd July report actually be published? Regulatory action at WPCC began in September 2015, almost five years ago.

#sheffcouncil hired a £35k PER DAY QC to present their case. In their desperation they hadn't checked the application was feasible. Having ignored calls for talks from campaigners they ended up in an embarrassing, expensive scramble today. Another gross waste of taxpayers money.
