@fiverrSupport A colleague's Success Score was recently increased to 9, then their account was suddenly flagged. They immediately contacted support because it appeared to be a system error, but the account was permanently disabled instead. Could someone please review this case?
@fiverrSupport A colleague's account was permanently suspended after failing a verification check while attempting a withdrawal. The phone number and security information have since been recovered and can now be verified. Is there any way this case can be reviewed before a permanent decision is enforced?

I tried making a Netflix subscription with my atm card yesterday. I was debited, the transaction history for the debit is not showing and my Netflix account hasn't seen the payment. And your bank hasn't refunded me.
