i find it so interesting how in each recent interview taylor did one of the hosts praises wish list like omg why was this scripted

the biggest issue i had was how i kept recognizing some of her old songs in the new ones, like she just recycled the melodies. let’s be real no one would ever complain about the lyrics if it was another artist. she’s just set the bar so high she needs to surpass her old self

after having listened to the album lots of times i can say it’s a solid 7.5 and let’s not act like her previous albums didn’t get hate as soon as they came out. at this point it’s a canon event and people are never satisfied. i just think she’s earned this pop album
