Getting close to 45kg lat pulldowns. Can only do 6 reps. So staying at 40. Looking forward to hitting 50. Tmrw I think is 8 weeks sober. Losing count as it gets more normal!

It's my Grans birthday tomorrow. She's turning 95. She reads two books a week. Her fav is murder mystery or anything deep/dark like biograthys. If anyone has any good recommendations, I'd super appriciate it. Any good reads in other areas are v welcome also. She's a machine ❤️
