@zeptocares Zepto is a sham! They show 15 min delivery time while ordering and then don’t deliver even after 45 mins. They are going Dunzo way and lots of other start ups which went bust because they over promise and under deliver

Grievance redressal system is worst at @dominos. Every time they deliver either less item or wrong item, phone number of outlet given in app is wrong. If you report it on their chatbot they will say we will call within 24 hrs.and guess what call never comes. #fail #worst

@Cyberdost Yesterday night i called 1930 and was sent a whatsapp message from [phone] with a link to register complain online. Now today when am checking acknowledgement no am getting msg that it is wrong. Nobody is picking 1930. Am i again victim of another cybercrime?

Customer care people at @Flipkart are the dumbest set of people i have interacted with. Even the worst of the govt dept will be better than them. @amazon is much much better. #fail #dumb #Worst
