@jacobs_handle @housecor Why not? KB: Continuous flow of work. Less technical debt. Scrum masters can uncover who is lacking. Requires collective team collaboration on how to get features across the finish line. Sprints: Too many restrictions to due to reporting. Hard to pivot. Code lacks quality.

@housecor Sprints drive me nuts. Creates technical debt because developers are worried about velocity and timeline over quality. I wish we used KanBan. I’ve noticed it’s hard for POs/BAs to break down into small tickets/stories. Thinking of something like a map component here…
