@MBonvoyAssist Hello, my mother in law also had this issue. She was supposed to be on the same trip and when she canceled her certificate did not show back up in her account. Could you help her also? I can DM you her Marriott number, confirmation number, etc.

@Marriott Why can't I see my free night certificate in my account? I booked a room but ended up cancelling and it didn't come back, but CSRs say they can see it... I just want to be able to see/book it online?

@ChaseSupport Inventory is on Expedia, same platform used by UR site. Expedia confirmed they aren't blocking inventory. Chase confirmed in another tweet they are purposely not allowing Disney, #1 US travel destination for families, to be a travel purchase w/ UR points.
