@meterkwb@Sangoma That does sound like a nightmare. I’m not Sangoma but did you ever find a solution or replacement? Sangoma acquired companies like Digium and fonality/trixbox, and much like their stock price, their quality of service keeps dropping I hear.

@CriminelleLaw Sorry for troubles. Original @fonality is no more and was purchased by another company called @Netfortris -- We're not what those folks are up to but @RingCentral and @8x8 have great support for their own hosted solutions. If you have a PBX tho we can point you in the right area.
@gregkash@NetFortris If you can, DM the server ID only and I’ll see if a good tech can see what is going on. It sounds like if it’s only happening on select exts on the same network it probably isn’t your network. Don’t know all the details but could just be isolated to the ext config not syncing

@gregkash@NetFortris I’m not the real Fonality. Some other company bought it couple years ago and not so sure what they are doing. I used to work there tho and the CP is always slow it can be frustrating. What’s the issue is it dropped calls or do you have their hybrid-hosted PBX?
