During the last successful Rotation and Resupply (RORE) mission, it is important to note the actions taken by the People's Republic of China:

1. A Chinese Coast Guard (CCG) vessel (21556) performed dangerous maneuver, coming as close as 1 meter to the @coastguardph vessel (BRP SINDANGAN).

2. The People's Liberation Army Navy (PLA-N) ship with bow number 630 approached BRP SINDANGAN within a distance of only 0.5 nautical miles for the first time.

3. A total of five (5) Chinese Maritime Militia (CMM) vessels once again actively assisted the CCG in blocking our PCG vessels.

4. The PCG observed the PLA aircraft Y8Q conducting surveillance in Sabina Shoal and leaving when the resupply contingent arrived near Ayungin Shoal.

5. The PCG recorded a total of 8 dangerous maneuvers carried out by the CCG and CMM.

6. A total of 4 CCG vessels were dispatched to obstruct the resupply mission, and they were actively assisted by 5 CMM vessels. Notably, 2 of the CCG vessels were nearly the same size as the MRRV. This suggests that their objective may have been to address the "David and Goliath" scenario, and to potentially provide more maneuverability for the CCG in their efforts to block the RoRe mission.
