Not only is the AirFiber service failing, but the deactivation process is hidden from the IVR, a clear violation of @TRAI consumer protection norms.

I understand the push for AI, but these chatbots don’t actually help. They just create barriers between customers and the support they need. I’ve been trying to get information on a big-ticket @LGIndia product, but their AI chatbot has made it nearly impossible.

@help_delhivery my delivery location is ~2kms from your delivery facility. Yet the order is out for delivery for 2 days.
Mind you this is a Luxe product from @AJIOLife .
