Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Place six 6-ounce oven-safe ramekins on a baking sheet.
Prepare ramekins: Brush the inside of each with melted butter.
Make apple filling: In a bowl, toss chopped apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Fill ramekins: Divide the apple mixture evenly among the six ramekins.
Prepare crumble: In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Add butter: Pour in melted butter and mix gently with a fork until large, chunky crumbs form.
Assemble: Sprinkle the crumble topping generously over the apples.
Bake for 32–36 minutes until golden brown and the apples are tender.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce!
Tip: Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, or Pink Lady apples work beautifully
