Sundays are for pancakes! What you see on the outside, is what you get in the inside! Isn’t it great when that happens! Each layer has been (very secretively) smothered in Nutella topped with chopped nuts, chocolates and drizzled with delicious golden syrup, this is pure bliss 😄

Fresh tagliatelle with rich bolognese 😍 I know what you’re thinking... “isn’t it supposed to be spaghetti bolognese” - actually.. did you know that in Italy, bolognese is only ever served with flat pasta such as tagliatelle and never with spaghetti! This is the real deal 😄🇮🇹

Sardine Bhaja (Curried Sardines) 🐟 very simple to execute, so tasty... and somewhat addictive! it’s my go to when I’ve had a busy day, don’t really fancy cooking but still want something delicious to eat... sardine bhaja is the one, perfect with rice! 😄

Egg Bhuna is one of the most simplest dishes, packed with great flavours! you can literally add whatever you want to it.. I’ve added fresh jalapeños and vine tomato 🔥eggs, onions, green chillis, tumeric powder, curry powder and fresh coriander 😄😜
