PEADs are pre-drafted = PRE-PLANNED = Executive Orders, National Emergencies, Proclamations, Treaties.

They are the 4 Ways Military pairs with Federal Laws.

PEADs are a part of a Continuity of Government Plan established by President and rare 5-Star GENERAL Eisenhower.

PEADs expand the Power of the President.

In March 2025, PDJT, said, "I have signed over 400 Executive Actions."

There were only 150 on the Federal Register at that time. The other 250 are in PEADs.
