As the Alberta separation movement spreads misinformation about Indigenous rights, Dr. Bruce McIvor, lawyer and treaty expert, had a message for those hearing these claims:

“You can push back on that. The biggest lie being perpetuated is that First Nations surrendered their land. That’s a lie, lie, huge lie,” he said at the Blackfoot Confderacy Treaty Unity gathering in Calgary on Sunday.

Dr. Bruce McIvor is a partner at First Peoples Law LLP, where he represents Indigenous Peoples across Canada in both litigation and negotiation. He is widely regarded as one of Canada’s foremost practitioners of Aboriginal law.

The only other thing that was found was the engine on Murray Street, and the engine on Murray Street is has been identified as either a CFM 56, CFM stands for Sinekma, and or the CF. which was a 76 engine, a 767 engine, which was developed out of the CFM 56.
