2025-2026: AFC Wimbledon 0-2 Gateshead. Let's look on the bright side. At least we haven't been drawn at home to nonleague opposition. And while Crewe Alexandra are in League Two. They are on far better form than AFC Wimbledon. Nobody will expect us to win away at Crewe which on this occasion could go in our favour. One can only hope. #AFCW #COYD #FACup #EmiratesFACup

Monday night sees the draw for the First Round proper of the Emirates FA Cup. Hopefully AFC Wimbledon will get a good draw on Saturday 7th November. Coverage starts at 18.30 (6.30pm) on TNT Sports 1. Looking forward to it. #AFCW #COYD #EmiratesFACup

I wonder how many football clubs would still be competing for promotion? If there was a minimum amount of games a manager had to oversee before they could be sacked? It certainly brings into question the actual need to sack a manager. As not every dismissal is based on the performance of the team. #ManagerSacking #ManagerSacked

The stats alone are embarrassing for AFC Wimbledon. With Sheffield Wednesday hitting five goals at the Hillsborough Stadium. We had no shots on target for the entire game. #AFCW #COYD #EFL

From 11th to 15th position in the League One. AFC Wimbledon's goal difference is now minus 8 after conceding 5 goals away at Sheffield Wednesday. Wednesday night's Dons Trust SGM can't come any quicker with the unveiling of the trusts preferred investors. I'm looking forward to seeing who they are. #AFCW #COYD #DonsTrust #SGM

With the amount of football matches that get streamed now on Sky Sports, TNT Sports and DAZN. I am finding myself with a lot more choice of games to watch since the 1990s. Things have certainly evolved since the creation of the Premier League in 1992. #PremierLeague #EFL #NationalLeague #SkySports #TNTSports #DAZN #Streaming

I will be drawing a line under AFC Wimbledon's 5-0 loss away at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday. It's good that we've got a home game on Tuesday night for the players to get it out of their system. Hopefully we'll get a much better performance out of them against Mansfield Town. #AFCW #COYD #EFL

FULL-TIME: Sheffield Wednesday 5-0 AFC Wimbledon ⏰

A jammy win for the Oxford United Women with them only having ten players. After the red card I honestly thought AFC Wimbledon Women would go on to win the game with the numerical advantage. A great performance from the Dons despite the loss. #AFCW #AFCWWomen #COYD #FAWNL

A tough one to take after a brilliant display.

There are many EFL clubs that think the current division they're in is too big for them. Rather than think on that level. Why not think about why that football club of stature is in that current division? Performance + goals + amount of games won is usually the answer. #Championship #LeagueOne #LeagueTwo #EFL

Which EFL club is genuinely too big for its current division?

AFC Wimbledon have had a good start to the 2026-2027 League One season. With home wins against Wigan and Doncaster, and an away win at Bromley. Along with draws against Reading, Milton Keynes and Cambridge. The Dons have remained unbeaten in 6 of the 9 games played so far. #AFCW #COYD #EFL

[Peter W Evans @footienuts]

Right, so let me get this straight.
The @LowerTiers SUPERCOMPUTER predicts AFC Wimbledon will finish 19th in the 2026-2027 League One table with 35 points.
The Dons are currently 11th in the League One table having played 9 games so far. With 3 wins, 3 draws and 3 losses giving us a total of 12 points.
So from now until the end of the 2026-2027 League One season.
The @LowerTiers SUPERCOMPUTER predicts that AFC Wimbledon will only pick up 23 points in the next 37 games? An absolute rubbish prediction if ever there was one! #AFCW #COYD #EFL #LowerTiers #SuperComputer

[The Lower Tiers @LowerTiers]

SUPERCOMPUTER predicts final outcomes of the 2026/27 League One season 😱😳

Oxford to get over 100 points 🤩
Barnsley and Wigan relegated to League Two 🧐

How do you see it finishing?

Number 3 is the piece of bacon cooked to perfection. 4 is when people want their bacon a bit more crispy. 5 and 6 are examples of over frying bacon. With 6 being burnt to a cinder.
