@santanderuk on hold now for 2 hrs. Spoke to someone briefly and put back on hold. I have now been on hold for over 6 hrs in 2.5 weeks and problem still unresolved despite your complaints department writing to me to say it was. Utterly unbelievable.

@itvMLshow SANTANDER are making it very difficult to transfer money out of their accounts to Starling Bank ( Raisin) they say the accounts are not recognised and won’t make the high value transfers

My 92 year old mother, locked out of @SANTANDER online banking, 4 hours on hold , cut of 5 times only speaking to someone twice. Can’t book a branch appt without having online access. Have bills to pay stress levels through the roof. I have POA no help

@santanderukhelp Email a complaint. SHE IS 92 years old .. we have LPA set up with you for 2 years and we can’t even get through using that as you need her voice as her password so we can be put on hold. We want to close ALL her accounts and find a bank that cares ! So please give me the HO email

@santanderukhelp It is impossible to speak to anyone at SANTANDER and we can’t get an appt at the local branch without going through online banking which is now blocked. She has bills to pay and so far no one at will sort this an it has now been 2 weeks trying and now you tell me we can’t even

@TalkTalk so you have failed to install internet since April, taken two payments from@my account, and today passed me from technical service to account closure to billings to technical service to account closure and then cut me off after 30 mins . Appalling service just appalling
