@hotelsdotcom @hotelscomhelp I already have and they have been of no help at all. As far as they are concerned they can’t do anything to help. It disgusting that the hotel is not even willing to adjust the booking for a fee, and want us to lose all our money and that you allow this to happen #greedy #nohelp

@hotelsdotcom I would never book using your company again. It’s ridiculous that you allow hotels to use non-refundable prices as non-exchangeable. You simply do not care about your customers at all. Disgusting treatment. Allowing hotels to do that makes you just as bad as them

@hotelscomhelp Every other company involved in this trip allows non-refundable tickets to exchange the dates. You are the only company that does not allow this and it is disgusting. This has caused a huge amount of stress and ruined our anniversary plans and my daughter’s graduation #shameful
