Another bullish datapoint for $PESI:

The 60 day public comment period for the 200E grout permit modification opened yesterday and runs through Oct 9th. A dedicated public meeting on the permit mod has also been scheduled for Aug 26th.

Aug 26th is just a day after the earliest date such a meeting can legally be held after the comment period begins. In my view, that is another strong sign that Ecology is broadly supportive of 200E grouting and is moving the permitting process forward as quickly as the regulatory process allows, rather than slow rolling it.

@jaysyoon If not delays/execution from management, what do you think the biggest risk is? There are many moving pieces so I’m trying to find which assumption is most likely to fail, because that seems like it could be what’s justifying the share price.

@jaysyoon @EliasMingos There must be more to the story here. The stock trading at this level doesn’t make sense otherwise, and I don’t think delay risk and management’s poor track record fully explain it. If the odds of securing 200W are really that high, why hasn’t management bought more shares?
