Im doing 80 press ups, more thn 1 chin up at a time, running zig zags, going down the stairs like a cat, training back2back. 2 - 3 times a day, if I wnt. I feel incredible. 2 lbs off 3 stone in weight loss. Iv stuck at this for 10 yrs. Perseverance has been key #Parkour
