@Aeroplan I have been trying to call for two days to change your flight and your voicemail tells me you have high volume, please call again later and disconnect me. Two full days this is not OK please explain.

@HudsonReedUS help with twin control thermostatic shower valve/diverter shower valve not working properly. I turn it on it will go up to a certain temp then the override button will click and suddenly it’s very hot water Then to turn valve back to cold is near impossible to turn

@Aeroplan on hold for over 90 minutes . With diamond status - what is happpening with the new Aeroplan ? This is outrageous

@Aeroplan now I am in Paris tried calling all day and your system was down . Today your app is still not working . I did manage to log in on line but I need help from an agent . Am currently 75 minutes on hold and this is with diamond status . Shame on you

@Aeroplan hello aeroplan - what is happening with you - my shortest wait time over the last month has been over 1 hr that is on diamond status . I am on vacation now and tried for 3 days to call from Thailand - your 514 number is not a reachable number from that country - not ok

@Aeroplan in Thailand have been trying to call 1-514-395-0300 For 2 days as I need to make a flight change. Have tried multiple networks. The call never goes through . Have called many other numbers with success . Any suggestions Aeroplan ?
