@duolingo 900+ day streak lost because the app logged me out for some unknown reason and now Its let me log in im back to 0, as a paying user the fact I have no access to customer service is disappointing.

Usually @duolingo @duolingoUK have great customer service when it comes to these problems, I had a similar issue to this in 2023 and it was resolved quickly, I hope my 905 day streak and super Duolingo wasn’t for nothing :(

@instagram @InstagramComms I can’t get into my account, I’m not receiving the SMS codes sent to my number when it’s supposed to go to it in order for me to sign in, I’m not the only person going through this, I’ve seen people speak about this same situation on Reddit as-well.
