They aren't even comparable. A non black character becoming black is not as breaking as rewriting entire societies, writing out characters etc.

Fire and Blood wasn't as big with specifics with a lot of the characters mentioned so a lot of it will be up to the show runners.

The characters in Fire and Blood are just supporting the Targaryens. It isn't like it'd a major change. I'd wait to see the story first.
