Women have no need to apologize for showing emotions and crying in front of others.
Our tears are strength not weakness.
They come from courage.
They are what empathy is.
We feel therefore we are.
These teachers are getting grounded before their pupils arrive today. We can all #learnfromhorses in that if we took some time to get grounded each day our productivity and creativity would multiply #grounded#horses#creative#skills
After 30 yrs as a female in biz I know one thing: if you let your gender stop you, it will.
Ignore naysayers. Shut down bias. Go around mountains. Jump hurdles. Solve problems. Work hard. Focus on goals. Don’t EVER believe you can’t/aren’t capable because you’re a woman. 👊🏻

@Learnfromhorses Q.2 The stallions role is to be the protector and to procreate with the mares. He is a very strong leader and has a lot of responsibility, he takes his role seriously and also makes time to oversee all the members of his band. #learnfromhorses
Here we see Life Skill development. We work with Horses as their requirements are clear and honest. People feel connected and they see how the wisdom of the Horse brings out the best in themselves. It is not horsemanship. #learnfromhorses#learning#SelfImprovement#teamwork
