@user23476389 u will lose on any deficit. if ur tdee is 1500, and u eat 1300, u will lose. if its an aggressive deficit then the weight loss will be faster, but still.

Not too long ago i was making bagels (bread alone 300 cals) toasted with butter and an egg and bacon crumbles and carbonara ramen everyday and i still didn’t gain weight so honestly me doing this just feels like a punishment I resort to when i feel empty
