@LizWebsterSBF@PumpkinGator Thank you, Liz. Your interview with the BBC is more statesperson-like than anything the career politicians have said, especially highlighting that wider issues such as cuts to the police are vital contributing factors.
🤡 When @PumpkinGator realised they had just lectured the actual mother of Henry Webster about Henry Webster’s case, the bravado disappeared and they deleted their tweet.
The irony: they were trying to accuse me of not caring about a victim of racial violence, only to discover they were speaking to the person who spent years fighting for that very victim, my own son.
I spoke to @bbc5live last week about how the BNP and EDL tried to use my son’s attack against our wishes.
There is a broader lesson: people often use someone else’s tragedy as a weapon without checking the facts or understanding the people involved.
@AngusBylsma This is priceless teaching material- thank you, @AngusBylsma, for digging up this treasure trove and an even bigger thank you to @IcelandFoods for being so brutally honest and open about the harsh realities of corporate takeovers, change management and leadership.
A man was violently stabbed to death.
The murderer was arrested and convicted.
One of the murderer's family members was also convicted of aiding and abetting him.
No, I am not talking about poor Henry Nowak; I am talking about poor Mohammed Algassim, a Saudi Arabian student, here to learn English, who was murdered in Cambridge by a drunken, coked-up, white Englishman.
If you are astute enough to go to the BBC News website, then click on "England",
then click on "Local News",
then click on "East"
then click on "Cambridge"
you will find a report on it...
#TwoTierOutrage

Barely a month ago this man was imprisoned for the violent rape of a Sikh woman believing that she was a Muslim. No Douglas Murray articles in the Spectator, no Baroness Fox speech in the Lords. No riots. Two tier? Too right https://t.co/8wABWe3bww
Credit to Steve White from FB (not sure he's on here). This is great, and a shines a bright light on the darkness of misplaced pride in the UK! Enjoy...
@fufuisonme@PaperWhispers@Lambethgp I drove. I parked on the Tulse Hill side. It was dead. Why? Cos people followed the new no parking regs. By not specifying where makes it look like a widespread issue when it will be Norwood & Dulwich Roads which this year seemed to lacked the same controls as last.
@fufuisonme The disparities between Cross the Tracks on Sunday and City Splash on Monday from entry and stewardship, policing and pricing are a prime example of bias. It's clear that City Splash patrons are treated as a threat and to be exploited.

This land was supposed to fund scholarships.
There is no evidence it did.

@TTTA1642 How many, if any, locals benefit from these scholarships? This is a beautiful gift from the past, & I can imagine it could change someone's life for the better, but do people know it exists? I wonder if there are other legacies out there that are 'unseen'. Very intriguing video
