The First Joint Training Course for Peshmerga Forces Area Command (1) and (2) Began.

​Today, June 30, 2026, Lieutenant General Sihad Barzani, Commander of the (#1st_Support_Forces_Command), participated in the commencement of the first joint training course specifically focused on the "Decision-Making Process" for area Command 1 and 2 of the #Peshmerga Forces. This course is being conducted under the supervision of the @KRG_MOPE Affairs and the Coalition Forces.

Celebration of Russia's National Day in Erbil.

​Today, June 11, 2026, Lieutenant General #Sihad_Barzani, Commander of the (1st First Support Forces Command), attended the national day celebration of the #Russian Federation.
​The ceremony, which was organized by the #Russian Consulate General in Erbil, was attended by numerous @Kurdistan Regional Government (#KRG) officials and foreign diplomats.

لەسەر بڕیاری بەڕێز (فەریق سیهاد بارزانی) فەرماندەی فەرماندەیی هێزەکانی پشتیوانی یەک هەموو ساڵێک ئالیاتی فەرماندەیی هێزەکانی پشتیوانی یەک، هەڵدەستن بە درۆستکردنەوەی جو و جوبارەکانی زەوییە کشتوکاڵیەکانی هاوڵاتیان لە سنوری دۆڵی ئاڵانە. لە هەریەک لە گوندەکانی ( ئاڵانە، ڕەشەهەرمێیان و ڕایات) بۆ ئەوەی خەلکی سنورەکە بەتایبەتی جوتیارەکان دەست بە چاندنی زەوییە کشتوکاڵیەکان بکەن کە ساڵانە داهاتێکی باش بۆ بژێوی ژیانیان لە ڕێی داچاندنی ئەو زەوییانەوە بەدەست دەهێنن.

Lieutenant General Sihad Barzani received Colonel Chris Hillier.

Today, June 6, 2026, Lieutenant General #Sihad_Barzani, Commander of the 1st Support Forces Command, received Colonel Chris Hillier, Senior Defense Advisor of the #United_Kingdom in the Kurdistan Region.

Lieutenant General #Barzani expressed his appreciation for Colonel Hillier’s military service in the #Kurdistan Region and wished him success in his new assignment.

Upon completing his mission in the #Kurdistan Region, Colonel Hillier expressed his hope that the strong relations between the Peshmerga forces and the #British military would continue. He also thanked Lieutenant General Sihad Barzani for his time and for the positive cooperation between the #1stـsupportـforcesـcommand and British military advisors.

Graduation Ceremony of the 30th Course of #Zakho Military College.

On Thursday, May 14, 2026, the graduation ceremony of the 30th course of Zakho Military College was held in the presence of Mr. @IKRPresident President of the Kurdistan Region and Commander-in-Chief of the #Peshmerga Forces.

The ceremony was attended by senior officials of the Kurdistan Regional Government, commanders of the #Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces, and the families of the graduates.
