"Alright" he says stamping his foot, "I'll get it out of the way first" Ethan never refuses, he objects a lot but ultimately his sense of right and wrong outweighs his objections. "Did you enjoy your day I asked later, "Loved it" he replied. 13/13 #autism

Some much-needed comedic relief after this hectic weekend.

Gillis could be seen breaking character after he couldn't hold in his laughter while reacting to Ray's impersonation of Joe Biden.

Here are the visual comparisons of five economic metrics between the Trump and Biden administrations:

1.Unemployment Rate: This chart shows the unemployment rates for both administrations. The rates decreased during Trump’s term until the pandemic, and they have continued to decrease under Biden.
2.Average Wage: This chart displays the average weekly wages. There has been a steady increase in average wages under both administrations.
3.GDP Growth: This chart shows the GDP growth rates. The GDP contracted in 2020 due to the pandemic but saw a rebound in 2021 under Biden.
4.Labor Force Participation Rate: This chart illustrates the labor force participation rate, which slightly declined during Trump’s term and has seen a slight recovery under Biden.
5.S&P 500 Index: This chart represents the S&P 500 Index values, reflecting the stock market performance. The index has shown significant growth under both administrations.

Not sure how I feel on this. Ofsted inspections are super stressful, and the fact it’s resorting teachers to use these methods is sad. Although you have to love the class and the teacher for finding a great loop hole!

I heard a brilliant story about a school today....

The school had the call from Ofsted.

One teacher told their class that when the inspector visits that when the teacher asks the class a question, those that DON'T know the answer to the question should put up their hands....

I’ve taught in over ten schools. Same thing at every one of them. This didn’t happen 50 years ago? Did it? I don’t know. That’s a question.
I’d love to know what’s changed?
Is it a population problem, suddenly lots more pupils to teach, lots more schools to make, or is it our society, our values, has that changed? Why is teaching seemingly more challenging than ever, when it should be the most inherently rewarding job in the world!
