@TMobile@TMobileHelp you need to get your act together with @UPS I ordered three new iPhones to replace our phones and box arrives empty. At your store now and they are telling me I have to wait 8-20 business days to get this cleared up before anything can happen. Do better!
Great work @priceline I reserve a rental car a month ago and get charged for it. Once I get to airport in ATL at midnight, no freaking cars at all. I pay for your services and get squat in return. Great job. I will for sure never use your services again.

Timeline of @ATT failing to install. 7/29 original install of Fiber, fail. Rescheduled for 8/2, no show. Rescheduled for 8/4 today and I just now get a message saying it is moved to tomorrow for no reason. You know some of us have jobs that we have to go to! @ATTcares@ATTHelp

@ATTcares you need to contact me ASAP. Supposed to install fiber last Friday and it didn’t work. After spending hours on phone then they are supposed to come today between 12-2. Now I just got off phone and she said they aren’t coming. This is terrible way to start new clients.
