Indeed it cannot suffice. But right now we generate slighly below 3000MW. Geothermal has potential to provide 3 times as much at 10,000MW.

Hydro can add another 5200MW.

In other words even before we talk about nuclear we are able right now to increase power generation by 5 times using what already exists.

Once we exhaust this capacity (in about 30 years) nuclear can be a conversation that we have.

"multi-agency cooperation": nobody uses this anymore. The phrase is "Taskforce Approach" of if you really want to sound knowledgeable "Fusion Cell Operations"

"pilot model for specialised metropolitan policing": There is only one metropolitan area in Kenya so no need to pilot.

"leverage real-time intelligence": There is no such thing. All intel must undergo analysis to produce insights for use by tactical teams.

"We look forward to applying the valuable lessons we learnt.": You didn't learn anything because first of all, you are looking at user interfaces. There is nothing to learn from that. The good stuff is in the sensors, micro-controllers, ingestion gateways, database, API. And of course NYPD would never show you those all they are thinking is that one day you might be arraigned in the SDNY courts. In any case you couldn't tell those from a box of frogs.

Across the Rift there is Limuru, Lioki, Lari, Ol Kalou etc.

The Maasai were defeated in the 1870s and basically exterminated from their land by both the Kikuyu and the Nandi. They were not killed. They just changed tribes. Uasin Gishu Nandis are former Maasais just as Kiambu Kikuyus are mostly former Maasai.

What's funny though is that tribal clashes between the two in Rift Valley in the 90s to 2007 were about who occupied more conquered Maasai land faster.
