This is actually very sad. As someone who works in the digital space and even enjoys social media, there’s something really painful about what it must do to childhood. And I know our parents feared a childhood with TV was just as bad but...look at the scale

Change what their contact is stored as to how they make you feel, so whenever they text or call, you can reassess if you can afford to answer “Makes Me Insecure”
