'Scavengers Reign' co-creator Joe Bennett has confirmed on Instagram that Netflix will not be renewing the series for a second season.

He posted a teaser produced at Green Street Pictures showing what was to come in season 2 if the show had been able to continue.

Barbarian (2022) figured out the key to being an apolitical horror movie: containing tons of of explicit, even heavy-handed politically charged subtext, but it all points in different directions so it says everything and nothing all at once

Maybe I’m just obtuse or maybe it’s because I was distracted by this being the best thriller/horror I’ve seen in a long time but I found it pretty much impossible to tell exactly what stances the movie took even though it was painfully obvious that some sort of stance was taken

@JennyENicholson THIS HAPPENS TO ME SO OFTEN AND NOBODY BELIEVES ME!!!! I have recurring nightmares about driving on an icy highway with my brake lines cut and I think “oh my god even though the other times this happened it was a dream, this time it’s REALLY HAPPENING.” It’s horrible
