@paulsl_3 i don’t have a torque wrench. i only used a socket wrench and a ratchet. i’m a bit concerned about that but i think it’s fine. i really needed to replace the plugs asap so if anything i’ll just take it apart and look at it again
i genuinely was not strong enough to unscrew the old spark plugs and some of the bolts so i had some help but i did it myself successfully. and in under two hours at that!
@NightfallOSINT no yeah the old plugs looked AWFUL, apparently you’re supposed to replace those at 100k miles and i’m at 148k lmfao. i didn’t know. it had 64k miles on it when i bought it :p
@peytonpearson do it!!! i did that too and it was easy peasy. the common theme i’m noticing here is that a lot of these repairs seem really daunting but are actually pretty simple
@Woopmoder i had driven prob about 45mins prior to when we started working on it and even putting my full body weight into it i still couldn’t get that first turn LOL

the process of replacing the spark plugs looks uhhhhhh a lot more complicated than i was expecting but for absolutely no reason at all i am fully confident i can do it myself successfully
@I_iz_LuNadi essentially, yes. but according to the smithsonian, bugs, specifically insects, are technically a type of crustacean. so, more accurately, bugs is shrimps

she decorated our whole apartment for his birthday today. she made grilled cheeses and homemade tomato soup for him and then baked him a cake and then she even left some for me. when’s the wedding
