@baeana__xo @QueenK1117 Byprosis algae releases toxins when disturbed. Fluconazole is the next step after trying magnesium to get rid of it. It's very common in nutrient rich water.

@baeana__xo @QueenK1117 So Taylor used fluconazole to permanently get rid of it like MANY other experienced SW fish tank owners do. There is no evidence it is harmful for cowfish and it was not her fault that he passed, it wasnt for aesthetic, it was for the tank and the corals.

@baeana__xo @QueenK1117 Hello, I have knowledge and experience with fish and there was NO indication the algae remover was harmful to cowfish and we don't even know that's why he passed because no other fish did. Bryopsis algae will consume an ENTIRE tank
