I’ve already spoken about this , Marina is one of the most outspoken athletes especially for white players in the W. As shown in the videos, she’s spoken up about systemic and institutional racism. She used the money from her crash out Jar to donate money to go against Ice Raids, she’s also spoken up against bigotry. Durante uma coletiva de imprensa, Pundao falou publicamente pela primeira vez sobre a recente situação envolvendo Shelly e confirmou que as duas encerraram, por enquanto, os trabalhos como dupla.

Segundo a atriz, ela soube do ocorrido no mesmo dia que o público e toda a situação ainda aconteceu de forma muito repentina. Pundao contou que as duas já conversaram em particular e que Shelly pediu desculpas, mas ressaltou que ainda existem pontos que precisam ser esclarecidos.

“Eu não sei se ela voltou com alguém do passado, se houve traição ou algo assim. Então, não posso afirmar ou usar essas palavras”, explicou.

Pundao afirmou que, diante da relação pessoal estar diretamente ligada ao trabalho das duas, elas decidiram dar um passo atrás e voltar a se relacionar “como irmãs”. Ela também destacou que a decisão de interromper os trabalhos em dupla faz parte da política da empresa neste tipo de situação.

Apesar da tristeza, Pundao disse que não consegue sentir raiva ou ódio de Shelly e que continua se preocupando com ela, lembrando que as duas estiveram juntas por mais de um ano.

“Eu realmente amo ela de verdade. […] Eu simplesmente não consigo ficar com raiva dela. Eu só me preocupo muito mais com ela.”

Sobre sua vida amorosa, Pundao contou que pretende dar um tempo em relacionamentos neste momento, mas afirmou que não perdeu a esperança no amor.

“Eu ainda acredito que um amor bom pode entrar na minha vida a qualquer momento.”

Por enquanto, Pundao reforça que ainda aguarda esclarecimentos sobre o que aconteceu. As duas seguem afastadas enquanto dupla profissional, mas, segundo ela, continuam mantendo uma boa relação.
