IMHO: do nothing, hold on 'till after 21 Aug 27, and THEN do what you want. 90% owned and NO encumberance!

But this is known, and knowing ALL this the market refuses to believe in 'promises/prospects' anymore.

Delivery is what will make a difference. Otherwise it's a never ending 'positive RNS/fundraise' cycle.
