@kyler416 Doyle has obviously been getting better results. My question is has he just started unleashing the fastball and increasing usage there or is he getting better with his secondary pitches? Everyone knows he can succeed in AA by heavy FB usage.
@PrezChaimBloom I was thinking the same thing. I think they’re still a year away from that type of move though. Rangers could keep him until the last year of his contract. Hunter Brown is who I want them in on. He has 2 years of control left and Houston is trending down and older roster.
@tagates99@terribletakes28@kyler416 Baez has potential to be one of the best players in the entire league. That’s why he’s ranked so high. He also could be a worse version of Jo Adell.
@thomasgauvain@The_Ryan_Shull Velasquez brings something that no one else on the bench does. Church and Scott both play a good CF and Torres can rotate in there at CF. The decision will be between Church and Scott imo. I don’t think you need both on the roster.
@kyler416 Which is also important from a payroll perspective as well. Hopefully the days of overspending to fill a spot/need are over. When you’re spending money to round out your roster and bench then you’re in trouble. Especially a team that’s not going to be top 10 in payroll.
@RayMileur1 I personally think he’s fine where he’s at. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Also, his bat plays up compared to most 2B. That would not be the case at 3B.
@RayMileur1 Saggese yes. I’m not sure what to do with the other 2. I personally don’t think the ceiling is high for any of those players. I think Scott and Gorman are who they are. I don’t think the minors really helps them out. Saggese can still be that utility bench piece.
