It's been 7 years today since my son Zachary died. I remember the day like it was yesterday. Not a day goes by that I don't think about him. I miss him terribly. Grief and pain and heartache is never ending. #foreverzp

Thanksgiving is such a trigger! This is the 7th Thanksgiving without my son. I really hate the holidays. I'll be glad when it's over. I just want to pull the covers over my head until it over

Today is my son's birthday. He would have been 29 years old but instead he will forever be 22. It's been 6 years since he was killed. There is no joy in life without my baby. My heart is crushed 💔. I love you Zachary. Until we meet again.
