1. City’s passing tempo and execution are significantly slower compared to the Guardiola era. Whether in settled attacks or counter-attacks, we rarely see quick one-touch passing anymore. The team's overall transition is too slow.
@AmineSan3000@cityzenken_ You're literally pinning City's midfield failure on a pure striker. Forcing a world-class goalscorer to drop deep because Rodri or peak KDB aren't feeding him is absurd. Clinging to a few missed sitters while ignoring his insane goal ratios is pure delusion.
@AmineSan3000@cityzenken_ Imagine being such a casual that you think football skills are only about dribbling. Off-the-ball movement, positioning, and ruthless finishing ARE elite technical skills.
@AmineSan3000@cityzenken_ What do you think the other players are there for? When City's backline pushes up to the center circle and practically everyone is camped in the opponent's half, do you seriously expect Haaland to drop deeper than the wingers and midfielders just to collect the ball from the CBs?
Seriously, why is Haaland still at City?
City fans call him useless and want him out. His personal fans are sick of him being starved of service and isolated by selfish teammates. Every other club's fans are dreaming of signing him.
What is he even doing there anymore?
Great! Haaland actually needs to leave City. He deserves to leave a stubborn manager who doesn't understand tactics, selfish teammates who refuse to pass to him, and a non-existent defense and goalkeeper. He deserves a much better club.
I am 1% of the Manchester City fans who will sell Haaland that £500m. Use that money, buy a:
•Decent Striker and a backup Striker.
• 2 WorldClass Center Backs, 1 Decent RB.
•1 WorldClass physical Defensive Midfielder.
Revamp the entire squad like how Liverpool did in 2018 after selling continho. Yes
Les fans de Cherki, on peut rien dire sur leur joueur. Ça fait 6 matchs que je me retiens alors qu’il pue la merde et ça ose dire que je force avec lui, regardez les matchs c’est mieux.
@son_of_uki How is Haaland supposed to assist or score he didn't gets the ball? He was literally among the top assist makers in the Premier League last season. If he's completely starved of the ball, what do you want him to do on the pitch? Slap the defender across the face?😂
If you all keep talking shit about Haaland when you’re supposed to be blaming the right people I’ll start unfollowing anyone who tweet Shyte about Erling,
Maybe if Enzo Maresca stop setting useless squads and doing nonsense approaches to games he would be better,
Remove Haaland goals from city stats this season you’ll be down right close to United.
8.3 Second half, Enzo and Anderson formed a double pivot, and the attack immediately became smoother. Things were improving until Enzo dropped deep without permission, went against Maresca’s tactics, and got hauled off.

8.2 This left Anderson doing the job of 3 people as a lone pivot: handling progression, tackles, and transitions all alone. No wonder he was constantly waving at Enzo, Cherki, Ndiaye, and Doku to drop back and help.
8.1 In the 3-1 loss to Forest, Maresca set up in a 4141 first half. Enzo was too high up. I get Maresca wants a diversified attack without relying entirely on Haaland, but why have Enzo hijack Haaland’s job when you already have a world-class No.9?
I honestly don’t see any move that makes sense for Erling Haaland right now other than PSG. He’s already won the Premier League twice and a UCL. City is clearly regressing, and he has done more than enough there.
Look at every other elite club. Real Madrid already has Mbappé flourishing at the 9. Barca missed out on Julián Álvarez but discovered a striker in Raphinha, who is cooking. Bayern just extended Harry Kane. You obviously can’t put Gyökeres and Haaland in the same team.
PSG is the only elite squad actually crying out for a ruthless number 9, especially since Ferran Torres is just continuing his mediocre Barca form over there. PSG is the best team in the world right now. Haaland can walk straight into Enrique's European dominance and stat-pad his numbers for fun.
