In my case I had to return most of the box since most of the items were too small. It's been 6 weeks & I still have no exchange items, no update or even a reply to my numerous emails. Terrible customer service!

@KidboxOfficial I've sent numerous emails about returns I sent back over a month ago now (most items were too small) and have had ZERO update or response on when will we receive our exchanges. This was my 1st box but I refuse to buy another box until this is fixed! Email 560139.

Its driving me nuts a couple of jackets I'm ordering HAVE to be picked up 20miles away, but greenbeans & chips are ship only and can't be picked up with rest of my groceries at the Walmart down the street? @ATTHelp TV Now keeps buffering every 3 seconds! On multiple TVs. Restarted router and internet is fine. Other streaming services are fine. What gives?
