Good luck for Cardiff Half Marathon 2026. You've already done an amazing job fundraising for a wonderful cause. Keep up the hard work! https://t.co/h778PIUKgK

@UPS_UK I’ve just received a bill dated early June, it was sent to a mix of US/UK addresses, which explains the delay. I don’t know why I’ve received it. I live in the US.

@RoyalMail 48 hour Tracking shows my item (important papers) as not moving since 08.07.2026. Does that mean it's lost? I'm no longer in the UK, so I won't be phoning but can't find any useful help topics or contact forms.

@VirginTrainsTix We are on our way to CDF onward to BTN and saw that trains to Southampton are cancelled. How do we get to BTN now?

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

@VirginAtlantic My husband finally got through to someone on the chat, but I seem to no longer have the flight details in my Virgin account.

@VirginAtlantic Delta delayed a flight to Seattle, for onwards to LHR, then rebooked us via LAX. When we got to SMF, the original flight delay was minimal so they rebooked us on the original flights but we lost our Premium seats SEA-LHR. Is there any way we can get them back?

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

@Howden_UK Can you provide an email address for Endsleigh landlord insurance? I'm out of the country and phoning is not an option.

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

@ThreeUKSupport I keep getting messages to say a Top Up failed, but I hadn't tried to set anything up. So far I've received 31 messages today.

@VirginAtlantic Is there anywhere I can find more information on the actual meal ingredients? I'm flying to SEA on Monday, but I have a specific food issue and need to know if the vegan meal will be suitable.

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

@HMRCgovuk My state pension records shows some missing years (overseas), but on phoning the number provided, none of the options were relevant. What is the correct number? Thanks.

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

@VirginAtlantic The only option I can see that might fit, is the Feedback and I've already done that and received a generic email of which none of the options they offered related to my query.

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

@VirginAtlantic Who can I contact to find out why I've received 75% less points than my husband for the same flight, just on different days?

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

@VirginAtlantic I now have another issue. I can’t check in for my re-booked flight. There don’t seem to be any seats left.

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

@VirginAtlantic I’m on my mac and the chat still isn’t working.

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

@VirginAtlantic I’m stuck in a massive traffic jam on the M4. I was due to arrive at the airport 35 minutes ago. It’s looking like another 70-80 minutes. Flight is at 1730. What can I do if I miss the flight?

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

@VirginAtlantic Chat isn’t working.

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

@VirginAtlantic Can’t see anything on the left hand side. I’m on a phone. Even the menu isn’t working.

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

@VirginAtlantic They can’t help. The link was for holidays only I’ve booked a flight only.

[Karen Phoenix @foreverwales]

Make that 90-100 minutes more.
